This achievement marks the first time a South Korean entity has been honored with this esteemed award, signaling the global recognition of Rawga’s innovation in the plant-based collagen sector.
SIAL Paris, recognized as the world’s largest food exhibition, boasts participation from over 7,200 companies spanning approximately 120 countries. Attracting over more than 300,000 visitors worldwide, the exhibition has been a constant catalyst for innovation in the global food market for over 5 decades.
The coveted Innovation Award, known as SIAL INNOVATION, is organized by the exhibition to identify and commend groundbreaking ideas across various categories, Including products, equipment, and services. These innovations are evaluated based on their commitment to natural taste, authenticity, and honesty, aiming to provide consumers with new gastronomic experiences. This year, Rawga’s plant-based Collagen Booster (H) claimed the Grand Prix in the Raw Materials category, recognized for its antioxidant-rich composition derived from plant-based ingredients and its exceptional absorption rate attributed to its ultra-low molecular form.
The awarded product will be prominently featured in the ‘Innovation Space’ at SIAL PARIS 2022, held from October 15th to 19th, where it will be competing for gold, silver, and bronze awards. This recognition follows Rawga’s recent success in penetrating international markets with exports to Vietnam, further reinforcing its commitment to advancing plant-based collagen technology globally.
