The New York Fancy Food Show, recognized as north America’s largest foreign buyer specialized food exhibition celebrated its 67th edition this year. Drawing over 2,260 food-related companies worldwide, the event saw an impressive turnout of more than 30,000 attendees, including professionals and media personnel in the food industry.
During an insightful interview with the event organizer, the Specialty Food Association (SFA), Rawga seized the opportunity to showcase the strengths and distinctive features of its plantbased collagen. The company also presented its inner beauty brand, PLANT.
CEO Kim Hyun Min expressed optimism about the impact of plant-based vegan products, stating, “We expect that plant-based vegan products will lay the foundation for the expansion of plantbased collagen in the mainstream North American Market.” He further added, “Alongside our imminent entry into the online channel Amazon in July this year, we’ve engaged in numerous meetings with buyers such as Walmart for offline expansion. We remain committed to creating opportunities for the diversification of plant-based collagen products in the future.”
